How It Works

A clear, step-by-step journey from registration in Pakistan to your first day at work in the Gulf.

Home / Process
1

Register & Submit Documents

Complete the registration form (online or at our office) and pay the one-time registration fee. Submit your CNIC, passport copy, photos and trade certificates.

2

Profiling & Job Matching

Our team reviews your skills and experience and matches you to suitable verified openings in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or Qatar based on real employer demand.

3

Interview & Trade Test

Depending on the role, you attend an interview (in-person, video, or telephonic) and/or a trade/skill test so the employer can confirm your ability and pay grade.

4

Selection & Offer Letter

Once selected, you receive a job offer stating your salary, accommodation, food, transport and leave. We help you read and understand every term before you accept.

5

Medical (GAMCA/Wafid)

You complete the mandatory Gulf medical fitness test at an approved center. We guide you on booking and requirements.

6

Visa & Documentation

We process your work visa, attestation and police clearance, and prepare your file for embassy stamping.

7

Protector of Emigrants

Your Foreign Service Agreement is counter-signed by the Protectorate of Emigrants, as required by the Emigration Ordinance 1979 — your legal protection abroad.

8

Travel & Placement

We arrange ticketing and give you a pre-departure briefing. You fly out and begin your new job — and we stay reachable after you arrive.

Get Ready

Documents You'll Typically Need

Keeping these ready speeds up your processing significantly.

Personal Documents

  • Valid passport (min. 18 months validity)
  • Original CNIC + copies
  • Recent passport-size photographs (white background)
  • Police character certificate

Job-Related Documents

  • Trade / skill certificates (if any)
  • Experience letters from previous employers
  • Educational / professional certificates
  • Driving license (for driver roles)
Beware of fraud. Never pay cash to unknown agents or for "guaranteed visas." A legal overseas job always goes through the Protector of Emigrants. M&T issues receipts for every payment and never asks for money outside official channels.
